Welcome to Daydreams & Wanderlust. By purchasing a custom itinerary through this website, you agree to the terms outlined below. These policies are designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and a shared understanding of how we’ll work together.
💼 What You’re Purchasing
You are purchasing a custom travel itinerary based on the information you provide through our intake form. This includes research, curated recommendations, booking links, and optional upgrades delivered as a PDF or Notion board.
I do not book travel on your behalf. You are responsible for booking all experiences, accommodations, and transportation using the information provided.
⏳ Delivery Timeline
Your itinerary will be delivered within 10 business days of completing your intake form. If I require additional information to complete your itinerary, I’ll reach out via the email provided at checkout.
🔄 Revisions & Support
You’ll receive up to 5 business days of post-delivery support via email. This is for quick adjustments, follow-up questions, or clarification—not for full-scale itinerary rewrites.
💰 Refund Policy
Because this is a custom service, I do not offer refunds once research and planning have begun.
However, I understand things happen. If you reach out within 5 calendar days of purchase and I have not begun your itinerary, you may be eligible for a 50% refund.
I reserve the right to determine if work has already begun based on time spent, research conducted, or actions taken—including tracking clicks on preliminary resources provided.
No refunds will be issued after five days or once the itinerary has been delivered.
👀 Monitoring & Tracking
For transparency: some links within your itinerary may include tracking identifiers. These are used solely to confirm that itinerary components were accessed and to help monitor delivery quality. This tracking does not collect personal data or browsing behavior outside of itinerary use.
📩 Communication
All communication will be conducted via email. It’s your responsibility to ensure the address you provide is accurate and accessible.
If I do not receive your completed intake form within 14 days of purchase, your delivery timeline may be delayed.
📌 Liability
I am not responsible for the accuracy or availability of third-party bookings, pricing changes, closures, or unforeseen travel disruptions (weather, strikes, global events, etc.). I recommend booking as early as possible and purchasing travel insurance when available.
